Steps to Apply

Make an appointment to visit our school. (Optional)

Complete your Parent/Student meeting with a member of our senior staff

Submit your application, your $75 application fee, and remaining forms

Once you complete your parent/student meeting, you will be instructed to complete/collect the following and to submit your $75 application fee. Application Birth Certificate South Carolina Certificate of Immunization Recent report card Current photo of student Pastoral reference Educational reference Personal reference Cooperation agreement Statement on Marriage, Gender and Sexuality Records release

Bring your child to TCCA for their academic assessment

Receive an application decision

Set Up Student on FACTS and RenWeb

Once you have been accepted, you need to set up both your Parent Portal and Financial accounts in FACTS. You will receive an email with instructions. This will allow you to choose the payment plan that best fits your family’s needs, apply for financial aid (if needed), and make payments for fees and tuition throughout the year. You will be required to pay the resource fee to secure your spot. The book fee will be payable on July 1.

Complete tuition assistance application (if applicable)

Town Creek Christian Academy is thankful to provide tuition assistance to families who provide documentation of their financial need. By offering tuition assistance, Christian education becomes affordable for more families who desire a partnership with us. Factors including income, assets, family circumstances, and financial obligations are considered and reviewed by a third-party company, FACTS Grant & Aid. After FACTS provides their recommendation for each family in the applicant pool, the TCCA School Board makes a final award decision.
