New students: A one-time application fee of $100 is due when submitting the TCCA Admissions Application.

Returning students: The resource fee is due when the re-enrollment packet is submitted. The book fee is due July 1st.
Tuition will be discussed individually for Seniors and part-time students.
Available Discounts - See Administration for questions. Payments will be made through FACTS online payment system or Credit Card (fee applies).
- 10% Town Creek Baptist Church Member - Based upon Church Membership as stated in our bylaws. All criteria for membership must be met to receive discount.
- 10% Town Creek Christian Preschool - Tuition discounts for TCCA students who have been continuously enrolled with TCCAP for 24 months before moving up to TCCA. (This is a 1 time discount).
- 10% Second Sibling Discount - Applies to the second student’s tuition only.
- 20% Third Sibling Discount - Applies to third student’s tuition only.
- 50% Fourth Sibling or More Discount - Discount applies to fourth or more student’s tuition. Example: 4th - 50% off, 5th - 50% off, etc.
- 20% Children of Pastors or Other Church Staff Discount - An Administration meeting is required for this discount.
- $500 Referral Discount - Any new family enrolling at TCCA that mentions you referred them will earn you a one-time $500 referral discount for the next academic school year.
Discounts do not stack and cannot be combined. A family may not choose multiple payment plans to receive multiple discounts.
TCCA sibling discounts apply to the youngest student.
NOTE Regarding Fees: Book fees and the following miscellaneous fees are not included in the annual tuition and are
not subject to the discounts listed above. Fees are paid through your payment plan option.

• Late pickup fee for TCCA and TCCAP -$5 per minute late
• Returned check or draft - $30 FACTS fee and $10 TCCA fee for each return
• Graduation fee - $100
• Athletics fee - $200 first sport, $100 second sport (max fee of $300)
• Spirit wear, yearbooks, Friday lunches, field trips, and other fees.
Before & After School Care
Before and after school care operates in conjunction with the Academy as a service to school families needing these
services for students enrolled in TCCA. The goal of the program is to provide opportunities for children to develop socially,
emotionally, physically, and spiritually, within a warm and caring environment.
Before-School Care (hours are 7:00-7:30 am)
• Qualified attenders: TCCA students 4K and up.
• $70.00 per month from September to May.
• The drop-in rate is $7.00 per day for before-school care. No breakfast provided; students may bring food from
home. If your student attends before-school care more than 10 days in a month, you will be charged the monthly
rate.
After-School Care (hours are 3:15-5:30 pm)
• Qualified attenders: TCCA students 4K and up.
• $175.00 per month from August to May.
• The drop-in rate is $10.00 per day for after-school care. If your student attends after-school care more than 10 days
in a month, you will be charged the monthly rate.
Before & After-School Combined
• If both before and after-school care are needed, the rate is $245.00 per month from August through May.
